About Soleil Aurose
One of my greatest joys in life is facilitating people for their souls' blooming and on-going sacred journey of discovery, healing, integration, and evolutionary progress.
My first soul initiation came through a Darshan with The Mother of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, India in 1971; I was 16 years old. In 1972, I did volunteer work in the Ashram's Physical Therapy department which propelled me into a lifetime of working with various modalities for healing and evolution. I also volunteered at the Matrimandir Garden Nursery on visits through the 1970s, which ultimately led to Wolfgang and I creating an organic rose and flower garden at home, with a local bouquet delivery service (2007 to present).
As a massage therapist for 35 years, I learned volumes about the cells response to consciousness. For a few years, 1978-1981, I taught Hatha Yoga and various massage techniques while finishing my BA in Health Education at Southern Oregon University. Through completing my Master's degree at John F. Kennedy U. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology in 1987, I added many body-mind techniques to my practice.
But what all of my studies, my own therapies, and taking countless additional workshops did not give me, was how to directly awaken the individual's soul for clients, in a universal non-sectarian way.
My loving daughter Sundaura, exponentially opened my human heart to my soul. I began learning from Sundaura even when she was in my womb in 1992, through lucid dreams. Now, as an Internal Family Systems Therapist, she keeps me authentic on all levels and continues to be a fountain of inspiration!
My constant guides in the subtle physical continue to be The Mother and Sri Aurobindo. As my own spiritual to physical experiences continued to expand, I asked Them how to bring these dimensions directly into my work with others. As all sincere questions are answered, the Layers of the Heart Process happened spontaneously in one session in 1998.
Opening people to the 3 Layers of their Heart Center and Chakra became the foundation for all my other work in facilitating others to becoming a Cohesive Self. This resulted in my first book, Inlighten the Body- The Hladina Method, 2007, which is still available through Lulu.com under my previous name of Soleil Lithman. In that book I used terminology from Sri Aurobindo's Integral Yoga. For ease of understanding for the rest of the world, I now use a simplified language which seems to be universally understood.
In 2010, I concluded all hands on work. Now, even over Zoom, the sessions hold a powerful presence and people go right to what is needed for their next steps, 'ah-ha's, deep healing, expanded spiritual experiences, and light moving through their bodies.
All the material from The Hladina Method and Soul of Nations work with my husband, Wolfgang Aurose, has now been upgraded and greatly expanded into The Aurose Process.
The Five Keys which are entirely unique to the Aurose Process are:
Layers of the Heart, Clearing Womb Residue (this format), Re-education of the Cells Response, Bringing the New Creation Light Substances to the Cells, and Discovering the Soul of Your Nation (with personal healing & individual to collective soul destiny)
2004-2019 was a very busy, globe trotting time:
I designed and gave several dozen workshops and trainings in many countries, including Canada, Colombia, Germany, India, Switzerland, The Netherlands and the USA and conference presentations in the USA, Germany & India. This even included a few high school presentations on Neurons for Nirvana. I worked with people of 30 different nationalities.
With my husband, Wolfgang, we worked with people from 24 countries in our Healing and Evolution for the Soul of Nations workshops.

Aligning Higher Self Light with the Heart Soul Light and taking this Light through the body
The Group Dream- Working with a group camped out at a high energy vortex, for each person to have a night dream which was beneficial for everyone in the group, then working with the dreams the next day.

Discovering the Soul of your Nation, which includes personal healing and discovering mutual benefits between your Nation's Soul and your own current soul destiny.
We have facilitated 24 Nations so far, represented by their citizens.

Does Belgium have a unique soul? (the group discovered the answer was Yes)

Soul of the USA- AUM Conference, which I co-organized and co-presented with Wolfgang Aurose and John Robert Cornell. This included Native American representation through David West, Professor of Native American Studies at Southern Oregon University, and Indigenous Ceremony led by Pat McCabe (Woman Stands Shining), Diné (Navajo). We also dove into the constitutionally-based present nation soul of the USA.
