The head, heart, belly and feet are allowed to speak their concerns, these concerns are worked with and brought into safety and alignment with the other body parts. New inspirations often also arise.

Integrating these experiences with the present soul body. Sometimes this includes bringing back a different kind of matter, a different color, texture or capacity which a former body had. Sometimes a very specific organ in one's body needs this other kind of matter to feel whole or well.

Release other people's energy, world energies, media energies, etc.

This also includes additional processes for how to send back energy to one's parents and ancestors and retrieve energies which got caught in other people's bodies. This is done in the most beneficial ways for everyone's soul evolution. This leads to clear karma while keeping the natural pure love between souls.

All regions between the heart, through the upper chest and neck are cleared. The brain cells and mind begin to work in harmonious alignment with the wisdom of the Heart-Soul Center. 

Taking this Light through the body with the body's permission and sense of well being. There is a spectrum of pure New Creation light colors, which may appear. These can be felt as etheric, liquid, or as a light substance. The latter may have such a strong sense as to produce a sense of weight-density and/or taste such as mango, peppermint, or vanilla ice cream or produce a sound such as music or  mantra, and have a texture such as plasma, gel, magma, soft flower petal, or melted wax. The cells feel nourished in a new way and directly feel happy or joyful.
